Although winter is not over yet, swimsuit season is coming soon! I thought I would share some helpful tips for preparation for the summer time(:
Everyone wants to have a ready tummy for summer! Here are some helpful tips to help your preparation!
-30 situps before you go to bed and another 30 as soon as you wake up. This will help your stomach build some strong abs!
-Start a weekly work out plan, then eventually build it up. I recommend starting by taking one day out of your week to work out for 30 minutes. As time goes on begin adding more days.
-Go swimsuit shopping now!! The suits are only available earlier than later. Get all your suits so you're all set to go!
-Cut down on the extra drinks. Juices, coffee, iced teas, sodas. These are unessecary liquids that are just adding unneeded/unwanted fat.
